    I live in York region and deal with the franchise in Aurora *********. I had Christmas lights done with this company, friendly and efficient they came and installed their commercial grade lighting and the places looked great. A bit of a treat for the kids coming thru Covid lockdowns I found them a bit expensive so we did not opt to do it again and on their advice with left the lights in our one large tree on the property . Sadly their quality lights didnt even last into the second year. Several strands went dark. Emails to them went unanswered. So major family events and I simply didnt pursue them. Come the second year I had more time and I demanded they address the issue They prolly came to the house and did a less than acceptable job fixating on the top of the tree that had gone dark and ignoring a large section that faced the road We I emailed to ask why they didnt do the other part as I had asked. ( and that had confirmed with the tech by phone when on the property ). I was pretty much called a liar and told they did the work I had asked and they would not be returning All I had wanted was them to return and fix the other section I was prepared to pay for any materials and labour but I was not willing to pay for another 300$ service call. They have stead fast refused to return leaving their near 500 bill for a service call and 2? Maybe 3 new strands of lights They do not stand behind their work. My Canadian tire 20$ lights lasted 5 years in the same tree, And their customer service is terrible. Stay away from this franchise and corporate seems only interested in selling franchises
