    Review for *** ****** We are delighted to be working with *** ****** at Cruise Connections. We have been working with her since our first cruise to ******, which was a year ago and weve booked a couple more including a Viking trip this spring. *** has been completely through from the start to the very last details, sending us emails and updates all the time. We were happy to meet *** at one of the open houses, a luncheon on a cruise that was in **************** last summer and it was delightful to see her face-to-face.     We have been customers of ****** **** at ********************** since 2016 and have already taken 13+ cruises with her assistance. She is the reason we keep cruising. She gets us excellent deals, finds the perfect stateroom for us, has excellent advice regarding locations and cruise lines, and always makes time for us. She responds to emails within minutes, usually, even just to let us know shes away from the office, but will get on our request asap. She was so helpful when our flight was delayed returning from ********* after a river cruise.we knew we were in good hands. We will continue to use ******* services for as long as we can keep cruising!

Our amazing agent, ***** ****** is one of the reasons we stay with the company. She is always available - even outside working hours and, so much appreciated, responds immediately to our e-mails. She is so patient with all our questions, and is quick to make sure we get any amenities available, not to mention the best price She can. We will definitely continue on with Cruise-Connections.

    It appears nobody talks to or leaves messages for others. Had to cancel a booking which I did 3 times before a date and still the deposit went through I was assured all was done but clearly it wasnt. Thankfully there are other travel agents!!
