    Order #: 7457 November 6th, 2022: I purchased a pair of 2010 Tiger Head Slips from Love Jules Leather (LJL) with a guaranteed pickup/ship date of X-mas 2022. January 8th, 2023, **** from LJL emailed saying there was an unexpected production setback. He said all 50 pairs are currently in production and well get your pair finished up and shipped out ASAP. February 19th, 2023: I emailed **** asking for an update on how production is going. February 20th, 2023: **** replies saying LJL is in the process of closing their business and that Ill have a better idea on a specific ETA on your pair soon, as our guy is still getting up to speed, so things will be a lil bit easier to project shortly. March 2nd, 2023: **** replies to an email I sent sharing my sympathies that his business was going through a hard time with this included in the larger message Ill be back shortly with a firm ETA on your slips."July 12th, 2023: I email **** asking for a completion update on the product. I never got a reply. July 23rd, 2023: **** sends an email to everyone offering to refund people or asking us to trust that he will get the product made: You allow me the opportunity to finish what I started, and I make you the pair of slips I promised you back in November of last year. Since **** seemed sincere in the email and appeared to have a plan, I agreed to hold out hope that they would arrive soon.January 15th, 2024: I emailed **** asking for an update on the production of the product. **** has yet to reply. February 4, 2024: Since I had yet to receive an email response, I messaged **** on his business Instagram page, which he has been active on.
