Great experience from first phone call to matches. I appreciate the debriefs after each first date and the opportunity to refine my match criteria. Each of my matches so far has led to a great first date.

Their onboard process included a thorough screening, which makes the Client feel safe + focus on our privacy. My matches were high quality and the information provided before the date was relevant yet leaving space for good conversation. The fees can be on the high side but, overall, fair value for money.Executive Search Dating

Providing a high level of service and satisfaction to our clients is our top priority, and we are sorry you feel this way in spite of our Teams best ************ is a summary of your membership with Executive Search Dating:March 4th, 2021: You joined our service with a Basic 3-Month Membership which incudes 3 introductions.April 23rd, 2021: Our Team attempted to contact you several times over the prior month to present your first match but you did not respond so we put your membership on hold.February 5th, 2023: Despite repeated efforts by our Team to contact you we didnt hear back from you for almost 2 years until February 5th, 2023 when you informed us that you were ready to date.February 11th, 2023 July 7th, 2023: You went on 5 introductions through our service, with an average match rating of 60%, and the highest match rating of 70%. Your membership was now complete.June 15th, 2024: You emailed our Team saying you were not satisfied with your 3-month Basic Membership that ended 2023; you went on 5 dates but were not happy. You said you spoke with our Team 7 months prior with no response to your text or email; however, you were reminded that this was not true and we referred you to emails and texts exchanged during that time; you then withdrew your accusations and blamed it on your computer; however, you then threatened to post a negative review regardless. You were also reminded that your membership was for 3 months, with 3 introductions and that your membership was expired as you had been on 5 introductions. We agreed to keep your profile in our system and continue to match you should we have a good fit for you, however we reminded you that you would need to be patient as our clients take priority. Our Team also asked you to complete our Customer Satisfaction Report so that we could learn more about your concerns and work toward addressing them. Unfortunately, you declined to complete this report and we did not hear anything further from you until you posted this review.We are truly sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not meet your expectations. Executive Search Dating takes our client satisfaction very seriously; we have been an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau since 2006 and are proud of our A+ business rating. ******** *** expensive experience! The lack of communication and the disregard for the client is unbelievable. You joined ESD on September 29th, 2022 for a membership which included 6 guaranteed introductions.You requested to delay the start of your membership until you were ready to start dating which we agreed to do.You contacted us in December of 2022 to say that you were ready to start dating, and we activated your membership on December 9th, 2022.
Our ESD Team called & spoke with you on December 13th, 2022 at 3:15pm to welcome you aboard & express how excited we were to be working with you!
Your reference was also contacted & cleared by our ESD Team on December 13th, 2022 where we verified all the information you had provided to us.
You met our Dating Coach on January 9th, 2023 for your free consultation with her included as part of your membership; our Dating Coach provided the following feedback from this meeting:o** ********* ***** *** ** ** ************ *** *** ** ***** ** **** ** **** *** ******** *** ******* ** **** * ************ *** ******* ***** ** ******* **** **** ******* * **** *** ***** ** ***** **** **** **** *** *** ** * ******* ** **** ***** ** *** ***** **** *** *** ***** *** *******.
You met 4 introductions through our service, on March 2nd, August 25th, September 19th & November 6th, 2023.
There were an additional 3 introductions who declined the opportunity to meet with you on January 17th, March 19th & April 22nd, 2023 for a variety of reasons.
There were an additional 5 introductions who we selected for you but who wished to put themselves on hold for a variety of reasons. Please note that ESD memberships allow clients to put their memberships on hold as/when they need to for any reason.
We contacted this client on March 20th, 2024 to present her 5th of 6 guaranteed introductions to her:***** match was an intelligent, accomplished and very financially established Doctor, 3 years older than this client, who is creative (he is a recording artist), plays piano, saxophone, keyboards and writes music. He has an understanding of the world, world events and history.oOur ESD Team felt this match was a very good match for this client, whos feedback from her prior matches was that she wanted someone very financially established.
Unfortunately, after setting this date up this client cancelled the date without an explanation. When our ESD Team reached out to her asking if shed like to reschedule the date she messaged us back saying: I am done with this. Wishing you all the best.We did not hear from this client again until she posted this review.
Once again, we are truly sorry that this client did not enjoy her experience with us more, but we wish her all the best in the future.
