    I ordered a Sonoshine product on May 4, 2023; the total including taxes and shipping was $58.62. Order Number: **********

    I never received the product.

    The initial email said "***** *** *** ******* **** ****** ****** ** **** **** *** ******* ***** **** * ******** ****** **** **** ***** *** **** ******* ***."

    I never received an email with a tracking number - alerting me that the product had been shipped.

    On June 2, 2023, I sent an email to *********************** asking about the status?

    They said the product had been delivered.

    No product was delivered. And my cameras prove no product was delivered.

    Why am I having problems charging my sonoshine. Red light comes on but stays red & will not charge.

    I purchased a Sonoshine on December 24, 2022 for $46.98 including shipping and tax. When I received the product it was not as depicted on the SonoShine website. See *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** for picture and description of what I ordered.What I received looks completely different. It has 3 speeds, not the 5 speeds that are described on website. The box it came in is different than the SonoShine box depicted on website. The box does not have the name SonoShine on it, nor does the product I received. I don't know what they sent me but I don't want it. I am concerned about the safety of my teeth in gums if I use a cheap counterfeit or old product they had stockpiled and couldn't sell. I have asked for a full refund and am awaiting a resolution from the Sonoshine company. I want a 100% refund, not the 60% that someone else with the same complaint was offered as s/he stated on the *** website.

    To whom it concerns,

    I purchased a dental calculus remover from SonoShine on August 30th, I paid $58.11 with my credit card. I received the product yesterday (09/06/2022). Unfortunately, the packing box looks different from what the company posted on their website and *******. The parts also look different and cheap.

    I contacted the company via email on 09/07/2022 and attached the picture, including parts and box.

    Later on 09/07/2022m I received an email from SonoShine Support (agent’s name: Joselle) with a 65% refund offer to keep the product but I refused. I’m afraid this product won’t do what it is supposed to be. I called the company and spoke to two different customer service agents, they insisted it’s the same product but different packaging (see attachments). I don’t believe that.
    Also, she told me customer needs to pay for the return shipping is under the 90 Day warranty, but it’s not (see picture)* *** ****** *** ** **** *** ************ *** ******* **********
