The date of the purchase was March 12, 2024. I paid $78 for an electric toothbrush plus $2.18 for a cross border fee.The company was to send me the electric toothbrush, but it has been a month now and no delivery. I have emailed the company multiple times to ask for an update. I have received two emails back, both stating the exact same thing. They stated that they regret to inform me that due to ongoing global supply chain challenges there have been delays in processing and delivering the (refill?) orders. They regret any inconvenience. Please note that no cost will be charged for any purchases until inventory is available for fulfillment. And they deeply apologize for any inconvenience.They did charge me $78 which posted to my checking account on March 12, even though their email stated that no cost will be charged for any purchases until inventory is available for fulfillment.I informed them that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and they did not reply to that. This company has been horrific. They have a disconnected phone number and they dont ever respond to emails and their website is still active and they are clearly allowing customers to purchase from them without ever following through on sending the products that are purchased. I have been trying to purchase replacement brush heads for my toothbrush and they continually charge my card and dont send me the product and blame everything on supply chain issues. They have been doing this since 2021. Supply chain issues are not that severe anymore. They have been using this excuse for over 2 years. Enough is enough they need to be prosecuted and their customers need to be granted the refunds they deserve. They are a **** and a *****!Initial Complaint

Bruush has sold out of all products on their site (even though some items are listed as in stock) since January 2023. I waited 5 months and emailed them asking about the stock. They said they had a global shortage and didnt have an ETA. Its now been 8 months since then. Ive sent messages through their sites email form and tried messaging on Instagram. They no longer respond. There are tons of other customers who are dealing witb the same issue because we all have expensive toothbrushes that we cannot use.Initial Complaint

I purchased bruush set (bruush including 3 additonal heads) plus subscribed to receive new head refills every 6 months on March 20th 2022, and since then have not received any refills. Tracking number ************ . I have contacted the company on numerous occasions regarding my refills being shipped and have only once received response stating that unfortunately they are on back order and would be notified once in restock. I signed up for a tooth brush head replacement subscription from Brush. I was supposed to receive new one every 6 months, but havent received any in over a year. I tried to email them to asked them when they would have stock and never received a response. On their website, they are also completely sold out of brush heads and toothbrushes. I am concerned about the status of this business as they have my credit card on file. I have been a customer of this company for years now. I actually love them and their toothbrush. I have purchased them as gifts ect…I placed and order several months ago and I also am on their subscription plan and so are my children and we have not been receiving our brush heads?? Also I have called and left messages and emailed the company for about 6 months now weekly and get no response. They took my money recently on a new order that still has not been fulfilled. I would really like my new brush heads for me and my family and the new case I ordered that y’all **** money for and still never mailed it out. Is this company out of business now?? What is going on? Also the dates of which they are supposed to send the brush heads changes every time I go on my account. They push it out longer which makes no sense. I ordered my Bruush toothbrush last year. Actually, I ordered 2 in total (one for my Finance). Signed up for subscription and received the first order. NOTHING SINCE. I purchased an electric toothbrush from this company last year. I also purchased the replacement head plan for the toothbrush. About two months ago the toothbrush and the brush head started to detach during use. Initially, I thought that the problem was with the head so I would replace the head and the problem persisted. I sent an email to the company to ask for a replacement, toothbrush, and replacement heads because my purchase is still within their two-year warranty. But I have not received any phone calls emails or messages back from the company about a resolution. When I initially opened up my claim with the company, I provided them with a description of the occurrence and my purchase number is using my order number and still I havent heard anything. They did request on their website that a video of the problem be submitted, but I am extremely uncomfortable, filming myself brushing my teeth, so I did not submit that but I did provide a detailed description of the problem . I have attempted to contact the company by email telephone and even send a message on ********* and have heard nothing at this time I would like a refund for my purchased
