    I have been attempting to cancel a monthly subscription box for dog treats and toya since April 2021. They have continued to charge my credit card and have only once sent my the product after several months of complaints and emails. I have been charged in April and May 2021 and again in August and September 2022 as well as periodicalyl in between. I must go to the website and click "skip month" every month. I have sent multiple emails to the company because there is no button or method on the website to cancel the subscription. They say to email [email protected] which I have done monthly and sometimes more often since April 2021. I would like to be reimbursed for the months that I have been charged and for the business to please cancel my subscription and stop charging me each month. THey did call on 1 occasion to apologize, in July 2022, after 1 year of complaints, and expressed that they had been ill which is why the limited response. They sent one box as an apology and indicated they would cancel the 2 subscriptions that they now have set up under my name. The second had been set up in error, and that won't cancel either. I am now being charged $47 and $53 each month. Despite them saying they woudl cancel, I still continue to be charged. I would like reimbursement for both for 4 months and also for them to just cancel the subscription and just stop charging me. I want my subscriptions completely cancelled.
