    My name is *****, and I bought the program for my son in 2022. Based on the instituion description and promise, the program is mainly to give the student comprehensive education (with extra charge) aiming the adimission of private schools, and support parents on private school application each year, until the student is accepted by a private school. After we signed the contract, they gave my son 1-1 English lesson about once or twice a week. What is really unacceptable for us is they changed teachers very frequently. My son was 3/4 years old and they changed 5 teachers in 10 months, which means my son had to face new teacher every 8 lessons. Each teacher came with his/her own plan, so some lessons were actually duplicated. This happened from 2023.3 to 2024.1. After that, we didn’t continue the English class because we believed they dont have the capability to provide this program at all. Even though, for the contract aspect, it was still valid, but what is more unacceptable to us was they didn’t contact us from 2024.1 to now, even during September to Janurary which is always the season for private school application. They didn’t even ask us whether we are still going to apply this year? Or which school? It looked like they took our money and rather stop relationship with us. I contacted them last week and asked for refund, but they refused. We think it is very unfair to us, because we paied such a big amount with high expectation of their education quality, but the real experience was just terrible. They didn’t carry out their promise so we request to get refund 100% from them. For us, money is only a part of loss, my son was not properly educated and he failed the schools applications due to their low quality service, but the application opportunities will not come back, they just reduce year by year. We are extremely disappointed with this institution.
