    Dear *********** am seeking your assistance regarding a non-delivered item ordered from Canada an electric bicycle valued at ***** EUR, purchased from the company NIREEKA.I placed the order on August 15, 2024. I was informed that the bicycle would be shipped after 13 to 14 weeks. After this period passed, I contacted the seller again and was informed that the bicycle would be shipped at the end of *********** December, I contacted the seller once more and was told that the bicycle had been shipped on December 2. However, I did not receive any shipping confirmation or tracking details by ******** February 2025, I requested the shipment tracking number. The seller responded that the carrier could not locate the item and assured me that they would send a new bicycle.On March 4, 2025, I received a message stating that a new shipment had been dispatched. However, no tracking number was provided once again. Since then, the seller has been ignoring my emails.I kindly request your support in resolving this issue.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Sincerely,********* ******

    I purchased a ebike from Nireeka on May 1st . It's taking longer then I expected to receive the bike . I have asked for a refund and Nireeka won't give me one. I just want my money back as I won't be in the country to accept the bike when it comes months down the road.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The ebike was supposed to take four weeks. It is beyond a reasonable timeframe. I also will not be in the country when it is expected to be completed. I simply want a refund . Also the website states that there are returns as I have screenshoted it and attached. It has. Been over a month. I have no bike and my money is yet to be refunded. I will not stop until I receive a refund .

    I ordered a bike from this company and paid a total of $3,500.00 approximately it is more than this but doesn't know the exact dollar amount. Ordered in August of 2022 and never received the bike although the company says ***** delivered it to me I never received the bike. I don't know what else to do they will not refund my money or send me another bike. The address I had it sent to is a gated community and a very safe place to receive items. We have never had a problem with missing packages before this. The ***** receipt was signed by an ********* who I have no idea who this person is. None of my neighbors ever saw or heard about this bike.

    The electric bicycle has been delivered to the address registered by the customer when placing the order on our website. Attached you can find the proof of delivery by *****.

    Since our delivery is "Signature Required", the ***** driver will deliver the package to someone living in the same address. I doesn't matter what the name is, it can be either *** or ****.

    We asked the customer to reach out to his local ***** store to get more information.
