  I have an old house and I had a breaker that flipped and would not reset. The breaker controlled my office lights and outlets, (my computer and printer were down) I was in a bit of a panic so I called Expert Electric (I had used them before and was very satisfied) and got a next day appointment with a standby for same day. I got a call back shortly after and was told ********** would be on his way to take a look. **** was outstanding! What could have been a very long and arduous diagnostic turned into an efficient find and solution to the problem. The use of my office, den and some other critical lights were restored. Can't tell you how grateful I was to **** (so professional and good at what he does, very refreshing these days) and Expert Electric. I will be calling Expert Electric in the spring to have an overhaul done on some of my old electrical systems. I highly recommend them!! Thank you!! ******************************* 23,2024

  Great expertise and great service. I needed to have a circuit breaker in my electrical panel replaced as it was overheating when the dryer was on. This had happened previously about 3.5 years ago and the prior repair was to simply replace the circuit breaker with the same model. When I placed my service request through BBB on December 29, 2023 an electrician from Expert Electric contacted me the same day. The electrician took time to take information, understand the problem and explain the cause, and recommend a more robust and lower cost alternative vs. simply replacing circuit breaker with the same model. The electrician arrived at the appointment on time, was very professional and took time to verify the work and operate the dryer. The price quoted was honoured and was very reasonable. Great experience.

  I am very happy with Expert Electric .It is the 3rd time they have come to my home to do a small job and I am very pleased with the result .My request for service was answered promptly and an appointment was booked .The Electrician (**** )was very punctual and professional and explained the scope of work very well .He completed the job to my satisfaction .I will happily refer this company to my friends who might need electrical work .****** --*********.

  Disappointed. I had dealt with this company a couple of years ago and was not impressed. I understood that management/ownership had changed so I decided to give them another try as I needed a new thermostat. Response time with a quote was great. When the electrician arrived he said the manager had quoted the cost of the thermostat too low and I had to pay 10% more than the written quote. The electrician had to call the manufacturer to talk him through the installation of the device and even at that he wasn't sure that it was working 100%. The manufacturer offered to send a new device and it was mutually decided that they would send it to my home. This was in late November and I still haven't received the device. If in fact the new device was sent to Expert Electric I shouldn't be charged the full price for the one that they supplied. I finally managed to program the thermostat myself. I have asked Expert Electric twice since November, for a copy of the invoice shown to me on the day of the installation for my own record but have not had the courtesy of any reply.

  Sincerely we are sorry for this. We always leave a copy of the invoice with the customer on site at the time of the job. Also we understand if you have misplaced it, we can absolutely replace it.
