    Contract for wedding planner signed March 14, 2023. Non refundable deposit paid by me, ***********************, to ****************** a wedding planner/owner of Eventive Planning Co in ***************** ***** has continuously negated her duties as a wedding planner, she lacked time management skills, was reactive than proactive in her communication with us, and did not define the lines of responsibility. Pruneet ***** on numerous occasions gave false and incorrect information and quotes on wedding venues and vendors. We have seen a great decrease in ************** services including excusing her delay in communication due to being in a busy wedding season; disorganizing our wedding goals and holding no significance to our wedding planning/events during our texts or calls. ****************** has stated that she has taken on too many clients/events and did not realize how busy she would be this year.Since the start of the contract, we have been beyond patient with Pruneet *****, asking her when her emails will be sent of venue/vendor options (inclusive of quotes) and received vague responses with incorrect information that did not directly relate to our wedding. Pruneet ***** excuses the delays in her text responses or calls for 'more significant events occurring this weekend.' ****************** lack of diligence in vendor research, and not proactively communicating nor scheduling meeting is breach of her services.I, ***********************, am asking for the refund of my deposit of $2500 as no vendors or venue were booked with Pruneet *****.
