  I want to warn people about what I will consider a ***** advertising **** . This boat cruise was a disgrace as the experience was nothing like they advised it for . They used ***** adversing terms and pictures and gave the impression that this was a high standard New years evening experience . The real situation was that the boat was filthy , the so call VIP tables and seating was dirty and unsafe to even sit on .The seating area was kept dark so people could not see the dirt but you could see it and smell it . It was a rotten smell . The music was very poor quality and the dance floor nsmall and nothing as it was promised to be . There was no heaters on the top deck as promised and it was cold , so eery body was cramped in a narrow small at the 1 st floor .. The bar was dirty and the line ups long .The whole boat was over crowded . We did not stay for the food but it loud like chips and snack that was thrown on table . It was a disgrace and actually a nightmare experience which I believe people should be warned about . This business should be exposed as it is not only unpleasant but unsafe . Even a one star rating will be very generous and this company should be ******* ****** **** ** **** ****** *

The music was curated based on guest requests given to the ** the full night, and we made every effort to create an enjoyable and diverse atmosphere. Additionally, I personally inspected the boat before boarding to ensure cleanliness and safety. Both decks were equipped with heating, and the seating arrangements, including VIP tables and dance floors, were consistent with the standards of any reputable nightclub in the city.Your mention of food, we provided charcuterie tables which reflects diverse food offerings you should ****** and take a look at images it was set up exactly how it should be. We take great care in catering to different tastes, and the variety of items on the table aimed to provide a delightful culinary experience for our guests.We understand that perspectives on events can differ, and we're sorry to hear that your experience did not align with our efforts to provide a memorable New Year's celebration.
