      I find the ticket I bought was significantly overpriced, I would like to request a refund for the price. I purchased the ticket for ******************* on July 14, 2PM. The value of the ticket in the same location in ******* was $258 before the service fee, but I paid $567 before the service fee, which I believe is much higher than the standard market rate. Moreover, the service is also very high, cost my about $100. I send my complaint to TICKETLEADER (the business), but they did not give me a good solution.One more thing, after I paid the ticket on July 14, still now I did not receive any ticket information, including a scan code or QR code. Please help me to return this event and give me the full refund. I really need this money!

      I bought two tickets + rapid pass to one of their events. They later changed the label and pricing of the ticket on their website and told me my tickets would not work. I asked them to honour the ticket as it had been advertised and they refused.
