    I was a member for years but left because they were taking uncontracted fees from my account. That was about 15yrs ago. I signed back up with them during covid because they were the only place open and i thought by now surely they had quit being shady. I put my 11 year old daughter on a family membership a few months after joining as well. It was supposed to be a one time membership fee of $39.99 plus $10,83/month for each of us. I have been charged that fee 5 times now...only sometimes its $49.99 sometimes $39.99 I'm only in my second year...and they have now doubled my monthly fees. They can't produce any contract with my signature that justifies any of this. I am reporting them for credit card fraud as well.
