you should not sell any tickets to anyone after 12:00 noon due to your company breaching the agreement binding to your ticket. This is not acceptable. Sorry I will complain more until we hear your formal responses on this issue and stop selling tickets to anyone after noon because you can't deliver anything or any rides and your company is breaching the contract. We didn't have any contract regarding whether we were willing to wait for 1 line 1 ride for 2.5 hours. If this is the case, you should ask each of your customers to sign after 2:00 p.m..; your company can only sell 1 ride ticket, not the whole park ticket.

My family, consisting of two adults and two 10-year-old children, arrived at the PNE event just before 6 p.m. We were looking forward to a fun and memorable experience but were met with a series of disappointments and frustrations: Excessive Wait Times: We spent over 1.5 hours waiting in food line, which significantly ate into our limited time at the event. Overpriced and Poor Quality Food: The food we purchased was overpriced for the quality we received. I bought poutine for $13, which consisted of cold fries and unmelted curds. My partner's sandwich and beaver tail were lacklustre, to say the least. The pricing should either be more reasonable or the quality should justify the high cost. Lack of Attraction Availability: The bumper cars were sold out by 6 p.m., which was shocking and disappointing. We later learned that tickets had to be obtained as early as 4 p.m., which was not communicated clearly. This left us with limited options for entertainment. Poor Value for Games: We spent $20 on a "whack a mole" game, which ended up being a contest between the kids and adults. The children lost, and the prizes were very low quality, comparable to items from a dollar store. Limited Local Businesses: The event had very few local vendors, and most of the offerings resembled low-priced plastic items one could find at a dollar store. The variety and uniqueness were severely lacking. Underwhelming Light Displays: The light displays were underwhelming and failed to meet the expectations set by the event's advertising. There needed to be more interactivity and a lack of the enchanting displays we anticipated. High Overall Cost: When factoring in parking, tickets, food, and games, we estimate that we spent well over $200 for this experience, with nothing to show for it aside from waiting in lines. We expected a memorable experience for this cost. Alternatively gone to a mall with a food court.

We appreciate this guest reaching out to share their experience at the *** Winter Fair, we have been in touch with them through our reception and Guest Experience teams as well. 2023 marks our 2nd year hosting this event and all guest feedback is taken into consideration, and reviewed by event organizers, as we work to grow this event for future years.Included in the admission price for Winter Fair are: Winter Lights presented by ** *****, *** express train, Discover Santa: Interactive journey to meet Santa Clause along with several nightly shows such as ********** ** ***, ******* ** *** *****, ***** ** *****: Holiday Musical Stage show, and the winter chalet featuring live holiday music. All the included attractions were available, and running as scheduled, during their visit. In addition to the attractions included in the event we also have add-on attractions such as the Ice Bumper Cars, skate rentals, and fair games. We do our best to inform guests that the bumper cars and ice skating are limited attractions and to arrive early to buy your tickets before they sell out, as access to these additional pay attractions is not guaranteed.. This is posted on our website, social media, on-site and sent to online ticket purchasers in an e-mail.All game rules and prizes are clearly explained prior to completing the purchase, and guests are aware of what prizes they are playing for before each game begins. The majority of our food vendors are 3rd party businesses and, while the *** cannot guaranteed compensation would have been provided, we would have been happy to work with the food vendors in question, and our guests, to ensure concerns with the food quality were addressed at the time of purchase. At this time, we do not feel that compensation is warranted, as we were not provided the opportunity to address any of these concerns with the guest during their visit to the *** Winter Fair.
