      We arranged a simple cremation for our Mom and her ashes were to be placed in a double wall niches purchased when our Dad passed away over 30 years ago. The representative we were dealing with, Angelo L****, repeatably neglected sending us the documents to sign for completing her inurnment.
      We contacted and reminded him three time over the course of 5 months that he had not forwarded us the documents. Eventually we called and arranged an in person meeting to sign them.
      We were were told by Angelo he would email us notification when the inurnment had happened. That didn't happen either. After another 4 months of not hearing anything I contacted Angelos manager and was then told that the inurnment has happened 3 months prior but nobody from Boal contacted us to let us know.
      Poor service and disorganized is how I would describe their business model.

      BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!!! Was made to feel horible, all I wanted was some guidance and received not much. Asked for the initial price list and was told they would work on the price for me as I am on disability and the only family member. Ended up paying 1600 more than what I was told I would have to pay. Lee's had sent an 800 bill to credit bureau after they received 5,000 within 2 months. The entire bill had been paid in less than 3 months. Thanks for all the caring service especially when I had to stay at a hotel for 2 weeks before my father was even cremated due to delays at their end. As far as I am concerned Lee's has very **** staff, not very professional and never did get to speak with the manager at all. Only had 2 meetings in total lasting about 1 hour all together. So I am not sure why they charge so much for professional services and never did receive the initial price list after multiple plea's for one. Very unprofessional to over charge by the amount quoted and then go to credit bureau for such a small amount within a short time span.
