    We ordered a large chandelier, Model #*********, in early February of 2022 through Lighting New York. It wasn't delivered until 5 months later, even though it had been promised in 2-3 weeks. We patiently waited. It finally arrived yesterday, 7/7/22. We were appalled when we saw that the wiring was attached to the exterior of the metal frame with plastic zip ties! And there are places it isn't even flush with the frame. The metal frame is dark antique bronze yet the crystal findings are bright yellow gold. No e of this is apparent in their stock photos. We spent close to $3K for this and it looks very cheap and flimsy! We immediately contacted the company for a return and we are expected to pay return freight, which will be about $200 as the box is huge. I called the James M**** company customer service and their answer was "once it's hung up you can't see the zip ties", which are all throughout the frame. There is no way we can hang this above our dining table and not be completely embarrassed. I'm taking this up with our credit card company next!
