    PosiTrace has all around system for us. We can track kilometers, view route history. They have a great maintenance system setup for the fleet. It also shows you when vehicles have engine lights on and you can do a basic diagnostic without even going to a garage. They are always making improvements to their system. Excellent experience!!!

    We switched to PosiTrace 2 years ago after experiencing declining service from our previous provider. The transition went smoothly, and the equipment was easy to install and set up. The software features go well beyond what is needed to manage our fleet. Although we haven't really needed much for customer support, the staff we have dealt with has gone above and beyond to ensure we're looked after. In addition, their rates are very competitive.

    I researched many other fleet management companies and landed on PosiTrace because it was the best value for the price. The success managers stay in touch and are readily available for any questions. For people who are not tech-savvy, installing the cameras was as simple as scheduling with Best Buy.

    Our company has 60+ vehicles in our fleet, and we changed from another GPS company to Positrace a few years ago because we wanted to deal with a ******** based company, and we were dissatisfied with the customer service our previous GPS company was providing. We have been very impressed with Positrace since the transition. The sales representatives were receptive to our needs, installing the devices was straightforward, and the support team helped us set up the reports and maintenance schedules we required. We have been especially impressed by the responsiveness of their support teams any time we have questions or technical issues.
