    I ordered a home self test kit for $98 on July 16. Freshcart Canada sent confirmation of purchase (P963520432) and since then hasnt sent the item. I have lodged a query twice now (July 31 being the most recent) and they replied with confirmation email that they were looking into it, but I still havent been told when the item will ship.This is the first time trying Freshcart ******, and Im not very impressed. As much as Id like to support someone other than Amazon, at least with them I get issues resolved quickly.

    Placed an order by mistake in haste to this company for import ******* beers that are no longer available in *******. I used their chat tool to cancel the order as it was within seconds/minutes. They did not cancel the order. I was told 24 hours for cancellation, and I have received nothing. They have poor ratings and their merchandise is heavily overpriced. They are reliant on credit card insurance to cover disputes. **** ** **** ********* * ********** ******* **************
