    A few months ago I purchased a MP40 9mm from ******** and unfortunately after around 120 rounds the firearm broke.I then went about attempting to collect warranty which is through Blue line solutions. I originally attempted to use there warranty ticket system on there website however after a month of waiting I decided to email them. We shared a few emails and and pictures to confirm the firearm was broken, however after a short correspondence the individual I was talking to said they would send the pictures to there weapons tech to see what needed to be done. Months passed and I sent several more emails and have got nothing back.

    Placed an order about April 15th for a 2 pack of magazines and although they took my money I was never sent an invoice or recite of any kind which , honestly, didn't concern me at the time. However when my order actually showed up it contained only 1 magazine. I double checked the item I ordered and it clearly said includes 2 magazines per package yet I only recieved one. Getting 2 for the amount I paid is a good deal but only getting one is a rip off as I could've gotten 1 for about 30$ cheaper locally and not had to pay the shipping on top of it either. I've tried to contact them through their "contact us" message system on their website 4 separate times giving them ample time in between to respond but haven't heard anything back. Since I was never sent an invoice I also have no invoice/ order# to reference to either. They don't list any contact email on their site so the only way to message them is through their encoded message service. Which either fails to even deliver the message to them or doesn't correctly send any reply back to me. Or even worse they're just flat out ignoring me. I just either want the rest of what I purchased or to be able to return the product that was misrepresented in it's store listing.

    They sold me a defective gun in JUNE. And Ive been fighting with them everyday since to get it replaced through warrenty. They told me multiple times theyd replace the gun and I still havent received the shipping label or any support from themI paid a lot of money for this gun and it broke the first day I had it.Ive sent over 50 emails and over 100 phone calls they dont provide warranty or support like they claim.
