    I was with my two children at the 130 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC Canada location. We purchased for my son the Marshmello costume (mask and shirt) in a medium Item #********. This item was packaged incorrectly and I pointed this out to the staff on site however was treated with extreme rudeness and dismissiveness. As a result of the incorrect packaging I had to pay an extra $20 for the costume my son wanted (it is also his birthday October 30th). The incorrect packaging was priced at $64.99 item #******** instead of the correct $44.99 Item #********.
    When I showed multiple packages of the exact same costume with correct packaging/pricing I was met with ******** *** *** **** ******** *** ** * ****** *** *** ** * ****** ** ***** ******* *** ******** ******* ******* ** *** *** ** *** **** ** ** *****”
    Even on the receipt the item description is “********** ******” (jumpsuit?). It is unfortunate that the staff at the Vancouver location are so incompetent and lack integrity to bring down the name of Spirit of Halloween and not honour what is correct for the community.
