      Bayshore has workers who take advantage of those who need help as well as the **mmunication or availability especially after hours meaning 4pm during week or on weekends or evenings just take the phone out it in their table at home and dont bother with it at all. Either goes directly to voicemail or it rings goes to voicemail or you get the worst response by the after hours worker when u are calling due to the fact of the lack of work within within the workers. Calling and trying to get a hold of someone only for the after hours ** Ordinator say to me well that has nothing to do with me thats scheduling well they messed up it is your issue as it is happening now. Being hard of hearing I cant even keep my own apt door closed because they knock like they are knocking on a piece of paper which I cannot hear so they just walk away do nothing dont call it in what it I fell. Workers **uldnt care after hours will say oh well. So if I dont hear them knock they walk away when their is a key in a lock box they have the **de specifically if I dont hear them they can still get in. So I have to keep my door propped open lock my privacy so they can just walk right in. They want everything walked out for them so they dont need to even think. Yet I suffer I end up being the one who is left in sometimes not safe situations due to the fact I have to try to do it myself. If you sign up for this job you need to respect people and their disabilities not expect that you dont need to lift a finger because you want to get paid for the full job yet you only really do a quarter of the full job. While clients suffer they pay this worker ***** she has been an issue to do her job and help she rather a have a cushy easy job and has no care or respect. She expected me to be her personal doorman even though she wasnt **ming to see me she would **ntinually buzz me multiple times a day just to let her in to see other people while sick **ntinually waking me up.

      ** *** ** ****, so I put in a lock with a code. It is confirmed that this information is on the file. Many many other workers have followed the simple instructions, enter code, go downstairs, enter suite, give meds. I recieved a message on the phone that home Care was at his door. She says she was outside and had knocked and would only wait 5 minutes. When I called back 11 minutes later, they refused to send her back, because she wouldn't get paid. *** *** ****** ******* * **** ***** and can't go give him his meds, and now he can't even give himself his own meds because they are in a lock box. I was transferred to 3 different people to leave messages, and spoke to 2 different people. The last lady was just no, it's in the contract that if you don't answer the phone in 5 minutes we are absolved of all heart attacks or seizures or even deaths that occurs. No solutions offered, just basically ** ***** ***** ***** ******* *** ***** ******** *** ** ****** ***** ***e.
