    . Long story ***** ****** scewed us over. He told us tall tales that the funds we had were enough to build the home of our dreams. The sad truth was it wasn't even close. Not only are we out the moneys we spent on the land that we can't sell nor use but we are also out over $40k that was spent on countless engineers and surverys that were never even needed. We found out through another builder that ****** should have known we didn't have the funds to build the house, never mined the money needed to build the retaining wall. He is a scammer and fraud. If I had the money to sue his a** I would for everthing we lost. I've been told we have a case but not the up front cost for legal fees. I wish that we never even meet him.

Over the years, weve delivered countless successful projects and built lasting relationships with our satisfied clients.Unfortunately, people can post fake reviews, filled with completely false claims and fictional events, often showcasing remarkable creativity in crafting these stories, all without being held accountable for their actions. Some use fake reviews as a tactic to demand payments, others make posting fake reviews a way of life, and some do it for reasons unknown to us. While some of these reviews are hilariously elaborate or even humorously creative, we simply cannot waste time responding to every single one. This is not the first time weve encountered such reviews, and it certainly wont be the ********* assured, these distractions wont deter us from our mission of delivering exceptional homes and service to our loyal clients. We deeply appreciate the continued support and trust of our community.

    My review isn't fake. It's real. I have documents to prove everything. I never would have bought that lot if I wasn't told that project was going to be within scope. This was not the case. I've had another builder that said it was never going to be enough. We were lied to, simple as that. My realtor even hear ****** say he could make it happen. Lies all lies. Evidence, witness, expert testimony will all contest that we were taken for a ride.

    Larch construction has very good potential to understand need of client. Work ethics and technical knowledge made them achieve target in given timeline.
