    they were not honest in describing the product (scooter) they were selling.
    They arrived with one scooter to show me. When I first sat on it the first thing I mentioned was how uncomfortable the seat was. No problem we can get a cushion.
    NOT MENTIONED till weeks later was that these cushions were either $523.00 or $600.00!
    2. was told scooter had a chain drive
    NOT MENTIONED was that this was noisey, irritatingly so, just a constant loud hum.
    3.was told tires did not have air, and this was good because would not get a flat.
    NOT MENTIONED was that this made for a very bumpy, uncomfortable ride.
    Had any of these facts been pointed out I would NEVER have bought this scooter, which is precisely why I was not told!!
    They have also suggested a suspension post which is used on bicycles. They want me to buy it and if it does not work would refund money. My suggestion was THEY buy it and if it works I will pay for it, There has been NO response to this, they do not want to accept any responsibility for the shoddy business deal that has left me with a $5100.00 scooter which I can only use for very short trip* ******* *** **** ******* ** ** ******* and the constant shaking aggravates my back.
    I have used a scooter for 11 years, with no problems, comfortable ride, comfortable seat, and quiet.
    None of this applies to this scooter.
