5 starsWe had our deck in ********* rebuilt along with planter boxes. ***** was the lead on the construction ably assisted by *****. They are both excellent carpenters and ***** did a wonderful job rebuilding an ********** part of the original deck. 5 starsI purchased an apartment, and needed a "one-stop shop" where someone could help me through the whole renovation and design process. I renovated the entire apartment (entryway, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, dining room, and hallways). I researched a few ********************************************* companies, and ultimately decided to go with ****. I am happy I made that decision, and am now a repeat-customer of **********************. Pros: - responsive to client messages - professional attitude and communication - invoices are clear, so you understand exactly what they are charging you for - respectful of client demands, especially in terms of timing. I purchased my apartment in April of 2021, and needed it to be move-in ready by August of that year (4 months). COVID restrictions were very much still in place and there were disruptions in the distribution chain across almost all industries, yet **** was able to meet my timeline.- honest when mistakes are made or when things were missed (no company is perfect), and made clear efforts to correct them.- the construction and design teams are both skilled, experienced and well-connected in the industry.Review fromMarc A

5 starsWe did a major renovation with **** last year. We chose them after parting ways with our first contractor.. The reason was for communication. My wife and I were very busy with work, and needed a contractor that understood that, and was able to reposnd to our concerns and needs in a timely manner. **** promised to do this, and kept that promise. Communication with them was stellar. We used their design team to help plan out our renos, and ***** and her team were fantastic. we went through many iterations and ideas before landing on our dream design. And ***** was amazing at intaking our design preferences and coming up with great options for all the major and minor desicions that we had to make.. and there are LOTS of decisions you *** to make.. She made it so easy for us. no clue how we could have done it without her.. Once we got to construction, we were very lucky to have **** as our onsite contact. We coulndt have been luckier to have been gifted **** for our project. He was honest, straight forward, super knowledgeable, and extremely personable.. An amazing member of the **** team (he was promoted to a higher position halfway through our project.. so **** knew his value.. but he stayed on our project luckily).. The project was a success, and we love our basically brand new home (built in ****, and.. now 2022). **** has been very responsive for any adjustments/changes since project completion, and i would not hesitate at all to recommend them for your large **** projects.Review frommax s

We recently hired Kerr Construction/ Design Build to renovate the kitchen in our townhome. We are very happy with our choice and the outcome of the renovation. The steps in their process from start to finish were very clear and transparent. All phases of the project were professional, from design, to construction and post construction. The design team came up with a great design and layout, vastly improving the flow and function. The site manager kept the project on track, and informed us at each step where we were in the process. Overall, we were very impressed with the communication, commitment to our project and attention to details. Our kitchen island, drawers and cabinets were all custom built, and they came out beautifully.We are thankful to the **** team for their hard work and high standards in creating an extremely functional and beautiful new kitchen for us.Kerr Design Build

We hired Kerr Construction to dig out our crawlspace and expand/renovate our basement, and our experience was great. From getting the quote, planning and design, and finally the production phases, everything was clearly laid out and we were always informed of the progress and what to expect. The design team was also very efficient in obtaining required permit/documentation. **** and **** from the production team were great to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly. In fact, all the **** team members and subcontractors we encountered were very professional and we could tell that they valued the quality of their work. Thanks!Kerr Design Build

Their slogan talks about trust, and that was just what we needed to hear. We looked for a company to do a renovation after failing to come to terms with another group. From the first meeting, we felt like the people at **** were very attentive to customer service. They listened and really cared about ** and the project. Every time during the renovation process, they answered questions and ensured we were happy. We had started the design process with the other company, but the designers at **** went over our decisions and helped ** make changes where the ideas didnt match our vision. The project manager was very knowledgeable and could be relied upon to make sure that the work was done to their exacting standards. The warranty is better than anything weve seen. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, and we highly recommend ****.Kerr Design Build

We had a very good experience with Kerr construction several years ago and therefore we decided to have them work for us again.Once again we were extremely satisfied with Kerr construction. The assessment of the job and the work proposal was done by *************************** who was very thorough and and gave us a good idea of what to expect. The work was done by ********************************* who did an outstanding job with meticulous attention to details the best worker we ever dealt with. We were also happy the work of the electrician, ************************* who was very professional. We have worked with the **** Design team and head designer, ************************* for over a year. The **** Design team helped us pick furniture and accessories for our ***** square foot home. **** took into account our tastes and our traditional home and helped us make the right choices and avoid costly mistakes. We also wanted to build a bench seat in our kitchen. We could not find anyone who wanted to do such a small job and were fortunate that **** was also able to provide us with the trades to do the job. Our collaboration with the **** Design team has resulted in a beautiful home that we enjoy with family and friends.Kerr Design Build
