Refund and Exchange Policy

In the case of requesting cancellation of contracted services, the refund amount will be evaluated according to the deliveries made up to the time of the cancellation request. If they have not been executed ANY DELIVERY will be refunded 70% of the amount paid. In cases where the DELIVERY has been executed or the refund amount will be reviewed by the CONTRACTOR.

We understand as DELIVERY any document that has been sent to the CLIENT, such as the Canada project plan, application checklist, provincial document review information and any other intellectual property documents of the CONTRACTOR.

Non-viability of RENTAL PROPERTY, for any reason other than the fault of the CONTRACTOR, does not generate the right of refund paid, as for example, does not accept the profile of the CLIENT by the landlord of used properties or even withdrawal the application of the CLIENT.

In cases where the CLIENT accepts the proposal with a minimum period of 30 days from PLANNED DATE OF ARRIVAL on site does not receive a refund of the amount paid on any date.

In cases where the cancellation of the contract is motivated by DENIED VISA BEFORE the beginning of the process of barring the property, the CLIENT shall be entitled to refund of 100%, on the value of the contracted service, except 5% (five percent) of application fees, using a presentation of official documents that include this negative.

In cases where DENIED VISA is informed by the CLIENT AFTER either at the beginning of the bus period or upon refund following the cancellation policies mentioned in the first paragraph below this section.
If the CLIENT is accepted into a property that the CONTRACTOR has not participated in the process the refund will follow the cancellation policies above in the first paragraph below this section.
