I hired MyVisaSource to handle my US immigration case. Made payment of $2,240 USD on Apr 19 ************************************************************************************************************* emails. Case manager ******* Do ignored every email or call I made. Then some months later *** emails me to let me know theyd assigned a ****** to my case and I email them all the copies pertaining my case however, a few months later I get an email from *** telling me my ****** was no longer with them and a new one had been assigned and they needed me to resend whatever copies Id sent before! Nothing happens after that for a while then I get another email from *** telling me yet again my ****** was no longer with them and another one (third one) would be assigned! I have a short phone interview with this ****** and again nothing happens for months then they email me wanting me to fill out a FOIA form and they told me to answer as many questions as I could, which I did however there were a few Qs I had no answer for like a receipt for my case # which goes back to 30 years ago or other Qs which I didnt know the answer to. I make a side note to every single one of these Qs explaining why I couldnt answer and it was another period of waiting with no updates. I email them a few times but get no answer. I email them again expressing my frustration with the lack of any progress or getting my emails replied to and they send me an email telling me my emails had been going to their Spam box, which I thought was a lie. A few months back I get another email from them asking me to answer the same Qs that I had already told them didnt know the answer to! Its now close to two years since I paid the fees and they still havent done anything. I called them about a month ago and they told me theyd have someone call back but no one has. Then I get another email from them telling me my third ****** had left them! Theyre just wasting my time and trying to drag my case out.

A category titled "E2B NIW" **** was introduced in the *************. Based on the information for this **** it appears that I would qualify. I engaged contact with MVS Law Professional Corporation online that advertised that they assist with the E2B NIW **** application. I signed a Retainer Agreement with MVS Law Professional Corporation on the 25th of June, 2023. As per the agreement I needed to make the full payment of $8,400 USD. A payment of $4,200 right away, and another $4,200 within 30 days. I complied and made the payment on time. The contact person was ******* Do.MVS Law Professional Corporation assigned my case to a lawyer in *****************, named ***** ******. This lawyer ***** ****** contacted me and we discussed my case. After that I was contacted by a Case Analyst named **** *****, who was supposed to collect all of the documents for my case. Which he did. I sent him all my documents. By November I was not getting a response from ***** ******, and my case did not seem to be progressing. I was informed by **** ***** that my case was handed over to ****** ********-****, who contact me in December 2023. We discussed my case and she mentioned that she would be be able to get this done in the coming months. Since then I was asked for additional documents, which I have provided. I have been e-mailing since the beginning of this year (2024) and asking when my application would be finalized. My case is not being progressed. I contacted ******* Do several times and she mentioned that the matter would be escalated. Yet nothing ever happened. I e-mailed and mentioned that I'd file a complaint with the BBB and seek legal advice. There was no response. Lawyer ****** ********-**** set a deadline for 31-Jul-2024. She did not get my document done. Contacting ****** and **** simply results in them informing me that the application (legal document) is being worked on. It has been more than a year since I have paid for this service and I'm still waiting.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this to be a satisfactory explanation.

However, this information could have been provided to me as the client directly by the business instead of having to go through a complaint by the BBB.

I will accept this for now, in hopes that the business will uphold it's service agreement, as I have paid for the service in full more than 12 months ago.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ******
