      Beacon/Can-Sure is fine if you just want to insure your motorcycle and gear for the year and not have to deal with them again. If you sell your motorcycle and want a partial refund on your policy, expect a long wait! They don't deal directly with the general public and ****************** at London Drugs has been trying for two weeks to get any kind of information and feedback from Beacon/Can-Sure but to no avail. ICBC refunded my cancelled insurance the next day. Beacon/Can-Sure or whatever other guise they hide behind don't even possess basic customer service and common courtesy to people in their own industry - that says a lot.

      Hi ****, If I have it right, this complaint is regarding a lack of refund 2 weeks after requesting cancellation of your motorcycle insurance policy. We will look into this tomorrow for you. Our process is to bill through our broker agents, so we will advise your broker of the return premium and they will refund you directly. We settle with them on a monthly billing cycle. Thank you for advising us of your dissatisfaction, we will work to resolve it ASAP.
