I've been with Novus for 7+ years and they've been a decent internet provider until recently we were going through the service process to update the network and found the old router I was given 7 years ago is lost, Novus immediately posted a charge of $200 on my bill, I tried to argue that an old device is no way worth that much and I feel unfair and deceived but the only answer I got is this cost is gonna show up in your next statement there's no way to go around it. I am not even asking you to cut a old customer some slack, I just wanted to say charging $200 for an used device that old is a pure extortion to put it lightlyNovus Entertainment Inc.
