      I have an open claim through Stratford. They seem to be closing their business but we received no notice. Now it appears they have laid off all employees and I cannot get through to any person for help. My car is getting repaired and I need further reimbursements for this insurance claim. There is zero way to contact this company now.

      My vehicle was rear ended at the beginning of October and written off by ****. I have been paying for ******** new vehicle replacement insurance. On November 13th they emailed advising that I will be receiving $38,471.91, as well I am entitled to $781.14 for rental reimbursement. Since this time I have been told excuse after excuse, delays after delays, lies after lies and now no timeframe to receive these cheques. My voicemails are not being returned and I was told the Police would be called if I show up without an appointment. I need this money ASAP as I have replaced this family vehicle long ago ans it has been MONTHS and I had to borrow from my line of credit for the down payment (the $40,000). I just want my money. A ****** search of this company - you can clearly see in the reviews that they are notorious for lengthy delays and poor communication. I am now accruing interest charges because the cheques were not sent out when promised, and repromised - further shifting promises and again now NO RESPONSES. This is a large amount of money. I held up my side of this contract - I paid them on time. Where is my timely payments????
