    I ordered some bras online and received them. Issue is that they double billed my credit card. Sent them a photo of my credit card statement. Complete run around. Refuse to take responsibility or fix the double billing. Over $170.00. Very shady business practice. They just keep saying, nope, not our fault. Bogus!

    On Tuesday 12/12/13 I placed an order with this company (ORDER #******) of two ********************* Bra, C-G Cup Black / 34 / DDD, cost $88.00. They said they sent the package via ********************** via ***** This is a package that can fit into my mailbox as I've placed an order with them before and had no issues. The package did not arrive even though it was claimed to be delivered. I reached out to their customer service chat, and received little to no help, the chat just merely stopped communicating when I explained the situation. I disputed the charge because I didn't receive the package. I researched with the **** and the package was claimed to be delivered, again this package can fit into my mailbox. **** also said it was delivered, which I'm sure this is the information they received. I have filed an additional claim with the **** and will now file a police report because this package was lost or stolen. Where this issue is problematic for me is that when I reached out to the complaint there was no customer service at all from this company. No assistance in trying to resolve the matter or even make suggestions or offer some kind of resolution or discount on an additional purchase. Yes, packages get lost and people steal but there this company offered nothing. Don't send via standard mail; only send via trackable or signed only if they aren't going to assist people in receiving their merchandise. I at the very least hope you send to them this complaint so that they can treat their customers better.

    We have spoken to the customer via our online chat regarding order #******, as they explained that they did not receive it. 

    We lodged a claim with the courier, but they responded that the parcel had been successfully delivered to the correct location. As clearly stated on our website here: FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions -Understance, we do not take any responsibility for stolen parcels and in this instance, there is nothing further we can do.

    The customer has already lodged a chargeback with us and we have replied and responded with evidence, that we looked into the matter and ensured the parcel was safely delivered to the shipping address, stated by the customer.
