      I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on Monday, November 25th, around 8:30 PM, at Crosstown Liquor Store.We had purchased a bottle of Absolut, which we ended up not using, and attempted to return it based on the refund policy outlined on their website. As stated, refunds can be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the receipt is presented (photo attached). However, when we visited the store to request the return, we were denied to return the bottle and encountered behavior that was **************** of the staff members was extremely rude, using profanity (including F words) and physically assaulted my partner after he asked for the employees name. This staff member then escalated the situation by threatening to call 911. The incident was recorded on camera, and the conduct was so inappropriate that your security personnel ultimately asked us to leave the store.Additionally, another employee made an inappropriate comment: Honestly **** we dont need your business. This kind of treatment towards customers is shocking and deeply disappointing. My partner and I have been regular customers of that **********************, but this experience has caused us to reconsider ever returning.Attached, you will find a photo of the stores employee attempting to grab my partners phone at 8:39 PM. We will also be pursuing legal action regarding the assault, emotional distress caused and the unacceptable conduct displayed by the staff member.Assault, verbal abuse, and unprofessionalism are never tolerable under any circumstances. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.
