    After settling with Progressa to make fixed payments, they still filed inaccurate reports to the credit bureau indicating I didnt make the payments. This agreement was made upon from both sides, and yet, they falsely accused me of not making payments. I clearly made a big mistake of borrowing from them.

    I was pushed into a Progressa loan by my previous bank when my husband and I separated and he left a credit card unpaid. I eventually ended up in a consumer proposal accepted by Progressa. Every other creditor in this proposal has reported the file closed except Progressa, which continues to report me for nonpayment, simply because they can. I find this move to be a little vindictive honestly, they are the only creditor doing such so I cant move forward while paying off this proposal. Thanks Progressa. Its great to know that youre willing to keep me down as long as you feel I owe you something.

    I had 2 major surgeries last year and I unfortunately fell behind on a few things. Being a single Mama made it even harder to stay on top of things with no income due to my extensive recovery time. However I now have hope! Although I am just starting my debt repayment with this company, so far this company and their staff have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND. They have begun to turn a nightmare into a manageable objective. The company seems very helpful, the staff are super kind, knowledgeable and non judgmental, and they will sit and speak and explain everything line by line if need be no matter how long it takes!A shout out to ****** and his amazing colleges for helping me and my daughter get our lives back on track.Will check back in in a few months for an update!!!

    This company is a complete ****, I initially got a loan to pay off a credit card that I didn't access to pay the full amount at the time the initial loan was for $6022 after paying $185 every two weeks for the past 9 months a total of $346 has come off my loan leaving $2984 that they have pocketed. at this rate I will pay $39,775 out of pocket for a $6022 loan. That is criminal, and people wonder why they can never get back in the green it's because of companies like progressa that are keeping us hard working individuals down with their outrageous interest and other charges. If I could give them minus stars I would!

    This company's interest rates should be illegal... 2100$ loan with 46.95% interest. After 6 months and 100$ bi-weekly payments, and only 300$ disappeared from my loan amount. Then they offer me a "Deal" for "up to 2% off" if I take an additional 2750$... What a JOKE! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone if they can help it and would give a 0 rating if I could. They take complete advantage of people who are trying to make their lives better or those that absolutely need the help.

    They are horrible, I requested them to hold a payment as the funds would not be available and they said they couldn't do that and I gave them enough time to hold the payment and they still proceeded to try and take the money out
