      This business came to my apartment on August 7th, 2024, they were hired to do a service call for $19 as advertised on their website. After doing the service call they were supposed to call me (the landlord) in order to authorize any additional work, and to get permission to proceed with the work. This was made very clear to both the dispatcher and the technician.They did not ask for any permission from me for doing work outside of the service call, they did not call nor send me any invoice. Instead they bullied the tenant who is a small young girl in the apartment into paying them $230 CASH and broke the door handle on the door to the master bedroom, by drilling into it. They not only damaged my property without my permission, they sent me zero invoice for the work even to this day dispute multiple requests.I now have a broken door handle, a tenant who is in tears for being bullied by two grown men into paying $230 cash for a 8 minute job (that is how long they were at the apartment for), and I have zero paperwork authorizing this work, or an invoice! I have tried calling the company, they refuse to provide any invoice, and have told me to sue them if I want anything, and that they are not going to fix the damage to my door. I have spoke to the technician who did the work who lied and said they paid by credit card not cash, then hung up the phone on me and refuses to respond to any further calls.I want this business to refund the money they bullied out of the tenant for in the amount of $211, they can keep $19 to the service call provide that they send me the invoice for the $19 service call, and they will have to pay to replace by door handle that they drilled into and broke without any permission. As a different issue, this company is deliberately hiding their office address, and encouraging unauthorized parters to pay cash with no invoice. I believe this is for tax fraud and I recommend the government looks into their books.
