      I am the owner of ******************************, in ******, **. I was sold a training package that would include two 4 hour zoom calls and 2 full day trainings, which I would need to travel to ******* to do. To be able to do these things, I completely changed my work schedule, and booked a hotel and a non refundable airline ticket to ********Then less than one week before the zoom call was to occur, I got a phone call from one of their reps that I needed to schedule a one our zoom call with the owner of the company, which had to be completed before the program began. That phone call had to be scheduled during my own working hours, and so I had to change my work schedule once again, at short notice. During the zoom call with the owner, he stated that the training did not have anything to do with Scientology or several other associated organizations. But that the program did follow the teachings of the person who created Scientology. The man was also very impersonal and seemed to have not yet learned anything about who I was as a customer, not about my **********************, which by request leading up to the trainings, I had sent detailed financial info about.This really threw me! After the call I began to research the company and found that it is listed as a member of *************** of ************************ This is something that I am not at all comfortable with, and it conflicts with my own religious beliefs. I sent an email that night to state that I was cancelling my trainings and contract and would like a refund, though I understood that they would retain 30%, I just wanted To get away from this company asap! After 10 business days now, I have had no reply, they will not answer their published phones, and do not reply at all to my voicemails or emails. I paid them $3500, and they will not communicate with me.

      Fortis Business Solutions sends me email announcements 1-2 times a day. These fill my inbox and have to be deleted. I have never had business with them and never requested any contact with them. A month ago i call the company and requested they remove me from their mailings. They continued to arrive. I then went on their web site and again requested they remove me from their mailings. This had no effect.
