    I ordered 5 cannabis seeds called "******* Incredible" from Crop King Seeds on January 18, 2022. The total of my purchase was $96.05 CAD. The company advertises an 80% germination guarantee for their seeds. Not one seed germinated, despite following the company's germination instructions fully. I emailed the company on April 11, 2022 to ask for help with my germination issues. The company did not respond. I emailed again on April 13 and they emailed back to say they only help with germination issues by phone. I called the number they provided and advised of my issues. They sent 5 more of the same seeds. Again, 0% of the seeds germinated. I called the company again. The customer service representative advised me that those particular seeds have been an issue for others but that they could send more of those same defective seeds or I could order something else for 50% off. I did not want to spend more money as I had already spent the money for no successful product. They sent 5 more of the same defective seeds and again, 0% germination. I called back. They advised they can't send more replacement seeds but would offer a 50% discount for a different type of seed. It was June 16 now and too late to have any success in starting and growing the plants at this point. I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, because it was unacceptable that I spent $96.05 and had no product and now they wanted more money and didn't honour their guarantee. I was advised that the manager, Tyson would call back when he has time, as he is very busy and doesn't spend much time on calls and was in meetings all day. I called once more the next week to ask for Tyson's help and again was advised that he was in meetings all day and that he would call at his earliest convenience. One week later, still no response from on Tyson or anyone else from the company. I have since read customer reviews of this company and this seems to be a common occurrence.
