    Purchased 2 devices. Did not help as hoped. Company guaranteed refund with no questions asked. Received return info by email, send all products back with tracking. No follow up from seller and no refund after multiple attempts to contact.

    I purchased the Eme Term anti-nausea wristband on 9/28/22. I chose them over some other companies since they seems to have a generous return policy if the product did not work for you. The wristband did not help with my nausea or motion sickness, so I followed the return directions on their website the the letter (*******************************************) and shipped it back within 30 days. The website says "Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days." I shipped the watch back to them via **** with tracking, so I have proof that they received and signed for the watch on 10/17/22. I never got an email confirming or denying my return. I have been trying to reach the company for weeks to hear back about my return. I have not received a single response at all, but I have of course gotten marketing emails. I deeply regret buying this product as the company does not follow their stated return policy or even answer any emails.
