    Heres a concise business review you can use:I recently used Remitly to transfer CAD ****** to ******** at a conversion rate of ****** PKR. Based on this rate, the expected amount should have been ****** PKR, but the app displayed ********* PKR. This discrepancy does not align with basic calculations, and there was no clear explanation for the difference. While the service is convenient, I find the lack of transparency in exchange rates and calculations misleading. I hope Remitly improves its clarity regarding fees or adjustments to build trust with its customers.

    Im tire of being treated like a criminal. Every time I send money Remitly freezes the transfer. I have to show passport, statements and even a video showing my face to be able to transfert money. Is offensive and a hassle.I wish I have a better alternative to send money abroad.Horrible service! Supervisors don't want to speak to you either. Just frustrating...

    It's been 2 weeks of my transfer and 1 week of cancelling the transfer my money was not delivered to recipent and everytime i contact Remilty they are telling me the money is with the bank and is on hold i am not sure if Remiltly is doing anything to solve this but everytime i contact them is the same story and it's not being resolved at this point i am not sure where the money is the recipent is checking with the bank to see if the money is there as claimed by remilty but it has been 5 business days since my cancellation and nothing is been done Remilty seems as though they do notcare enough to solve your problem and no one is trying to help the situation here it's just ridiculos having these apps scamming people their money. This needs to be invistigated and have a solution too.

    After many transfers without any problem my account was suddenly suspended.They told me that sending money to my daughter for food,clothes and rent was against their user agreement.I know what my daughter used the money for because I watched her make the purchases on video call.When I asked what the problem was their answer was your account is suspended and we will not tell you why.Their treatment of us was rude and degrading.There was no need to treat us in such a manner.

    Wish I could give a negative star or no star for this gross service failure!!A transfer of 200USD was executed since July 19th 2023. However, till date (August 2, 2023) the beneficiary is yet to receive value. Several chat and phone calls were made and no one is yet to tell me what exactly the issue is.******** service ever!

    If I could put a negative star here I would. Remitly is criminal. They asked for all my personal information - bank statements, name, date of birth, address, passport etc. They opened the account. I did 4 transfers and then they said my account is blocked and closed. Now they have all my personal information and I dont have an account. I was on the phone with customer service for 2 hours to set up the account property. Nature of transactions, how often so they could record for consistency etc. Then they close the account for no reason. I call again and get the call centre in the *********** and they read from a script and cant think logically. I deal with World remit and was going to try a new service as the rates were better with Remitly. Now I see they charged me hidden fees I didnt know about so in the end the rates were no different. I'm so scared my personal info will be hacked now. Never again! Dont use this company!

    I initiated my transfer but put in the wrong account number with one digit. ********************** said they can't do anything. So I talked with the agent bank, and they sent the amount back in remitly. Then remitly open an option to edit the account, I edited the account, and it transferred automatically, without any further confirmation. Afterward, I called Remitly for confirmation, and they said no, its landing in wrong account again. I asked them to cancel it asap and they said yes, it would be back in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I call them again they said in 48 hrs. I told them if you guys are not able to let me know. They said no we have a dedicated team for this. After 3 days they said that once its submitted, we cant do anything. I asked them why you didn't told me on day first no answer. I asked them to get me to a supervisor; they said he us in meeting and couldn't talk. When I insisted, they said he will call you back in an hour. But no one called me ever. Whenever they say "we will contact you it means no one will contact you. No customer service. Wrong promises. They never accept their mistakes. *********' hard earned money is on stake. Govt should take action on remitly's business practices. I lost $400 due to their bugs errors and mistakes.

    Worst service
    Rude customer care
    They cancelled my transaction and not reimbursed.
    Was loyal customer for 5years
    With no reason they locked my account.
    Just need to know why they lock my account
    And they still awe me $1660
