    We are emailing in today seeking assistance and resolution for a refund, hoping to prevent other families from enduring similar experiences at the same time. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the support your organization provides to small consumers like myself.I am reaching out to raise concerns regarding the treatment of my son, who has high-functioning autism, at Montessori Children's Community (MCC) and their questionable business practices.Despite providing detailed instructions, which were collaboratively crafted with my team of therapists, MCC failed to accommodate my son's requirements for a safe and inclusive learning environment, despite the school's claim of being an inclusive institution.As a result of MCC's failure to provide a conducive learning environment, my son experienced distress, including sleep troubles and night terrors, during his enrollment at the school. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the school, our concerns were met with resistance. Therefore, we prioritized our son's well-being and withdrew him from MCC on the first school day of October.Initially, MCC agreed to return all post-dated tuition cheques for December 2023, January ****, and February ****, totaling $2721, along with a refund for the deposit of $2014, paid tuition fee of $907 for November 2023, and our son's belongings. However, the school later reneged on this agreement, retaining both our money and our son's belongings to date.We are seeking your assistance and expertise in resolving this issue and obtaining a refund, with the hope of preventing other families from experiencing similar challenges in the future.
