    I ordered this a week ago, they send me a shipping notice and now its been a week. It has not shipped. The lady no say *** does not have possession. I emailed the company and they acted liked it mailed Feb 3rd and they had 3 business days. I emailed them stating it never shipped but I was ignored. When I order an item that says its in stock. I expect it ship within a week. When I email asking about. I would even understand if they were backlogged and it would take some time. But they can off like the product shipped and the on Feb 3rd and completely ignore my multiple emails. I have need similar complaints before I ordered with hopes it was just a fluke. But now I have come to realize this is the way they do business. I have asked for a refund, but have been ignored

    I bought the proper Chin ***** advertised on their website for my helmet. When I got it, I "dry fitted" the chin mount to the helmet, and it didn't sit flush like their instructions said it would. I proceeded to install it, but the Chin ***** didn't sit flush on the helmet and came off because of the improper fit. I contacted ***************** and sent them photos of my installation showing how it clearly doesn't fit my helmet. Their website has a "guaranteed fit" statement. **************** replied and asked me to send several photos of my helmet, which I did. They then asked me to reinstall it and they sent me new adhesive tape. Again, the Chin ***** doesn't fit the helmet properly due to an improper cut and fit of the Chin *****. **************** keeps asking me to send photos, and I do, but they will not address my concern about the fit, nor the guarantee that it should fit, as their Website states. Their Website is making fraudulent claims and is selling a fraudulent product and taking people's money. **************** is no help and they will not address my concerns.
