    There was such an outrageous mismanagement and lack of communication related to our move on Saturday August 10. Prior to the move (on Aug 7) I reconfirmed the move and the arrivaltime. The company stated that the movers would arrive between 9-9:30am.Nobody arrived duringthat window of time, and despite my repeated text messages, phone calls and emails, we weren't able to reach anyone for several hours. We assumed this was a no-show and reached out to other moving companies to help us. When Your Local Movers finally returned our phone calls, they made excuses for the delay and said therewas a truck issue. The truck and two guys that arrived more than an hour after that said that they only just got the phone call, completely falsifying what they said was the reason for thedelay. By the time the truck eventually arrived, over 3 hours past the original arrival time, we had already unloaded our external trailer's contents as it was due to be returned. Meaning already 1/3 of our move was completed on our own, without any moving support.The truck that was sent was incredibly unprofessional. There was a hole in the side wall of the truck and the floor was covered in broken glass and ceramics on the bed of the truck. The two representatives that were sent from the company were incredibly inexperienced, and did not handlefragile items with care. We witnessed them taking dolly after dolly of fragile boxes with glass over theedge of curbs instead of using the sidewalk ramps. We have since found many broken valuables as a result of their carelessness. We had hired Your Local Movers for two previous moves (3 and 4 years ago) and were absolutely shocked with how poorly this was handled. We have since looked up the ****** reviews following our terrible experience and were shocked to see several similar notes of no-shows and delays. This isn't just a poor experience but feels like a scam/fraud. I would give zero stars out of five if I could.
