    I had the worst experience today at this place. I had to call four times to finally order and arrange fir a new battery to be installed. Once there they told me they could not install the part and said they would not refund the price of the battery. This is just the core issue. The service representative lied was unhelpful unapologetic and rude. They wasted over two hours of my time where not able to assist in any manner and finally forced me to retrieve and take my bike home when it was obviously unsafe to ride. They refused to so much as apologize. Even when I asked them to have the bike towed back to my house because they where unable to install the battery. They refused. Do not expect any service from this place.
