    They have been taking money out of my account for months and I did not receive any product or have I asked for any more of their product. It doesn't work. I have repeatedly tried calling them and emailed them to no satisfaction. I am tired of them taking money from me!

It was not delivered to me. Made 3 attempts to resolve through support as either replacement or refund. Repeatedly told it was reported as delivered, and I should contact the Post Office. They report that they do not refund items reported as delivered. I have been that route before - there is no resolution, just hours of frustration. I did not choose the delivery system, and their report of delivery does not mean it was delivered to me.

    I was trying to order the tablets / spray clean pot's etc. I request one order with 10 tablets. After I put my credit card in and tried to finish the site offered 20 more ************ tablets at an additional cost. When I tried to move past it read you much accept this offer to continue. I didn't want the additional items or charges. I shut my **** down without checking out. However, they shipped the product without me continuing. The package was placed in my mailbox . I called the number on the outside of the package told them I did not check out to complete the order and I will tell my credit card company the same. They are ******** people at check out. I returned back to post office as RETURN TO SENDER! DIDN'T ORDER! REFUSED. 100% refund i didn't order i won't pay shipping

    I placed an order on the Dr. Clean website. While sending my order, I received not fewer than 6 attempts to get me to purchase additional items, all of which I declined. After my transaction was completed, I was asked to complete a 3 question survey and would receive a free gift. I did so. I selected a free gift from a list. after I disconnected, I received an email notice from "Shipping Only Club" stating that they were charging me $9.95 for the shipping of my free gift and would charge me a reoccurring fee of $9.95 every month - and, would be sending me 1 surprise free gift each month. I immediately replied to that "Shipping Only Club" to CANCEL my order. I also replied to the confirmation from Dr. Clean to CANCEL my order. I tried to call the number on Dr. Clean's website ***** ******** MANY times - each time, it rang a few times and hung up. This is a NY number but the website claims to be in Alaska (I think). Every time I move away from their website, it closes and I have to find it again. When I checked my ****** account (to stop pay) I found that my bank account had denied the charge many times in a few seconds --> they kept trying to charge my ****** even tho my bank recognized them as fraud.

    The customer reach out to us via email right after completing her order. We provide system generated order confirmation once order was completed online. The entire order was canceled and refunded back to her PayPal the same day as per customer request and we also responded to her email same day August 25, 2022. Our support hotline * ***** ******** number is available online. The customer was also provided with the number to call.
