    I do NOT recommend this company or their products. The product descriptions are hyped with beautiful pictures but not accurate descriptions. Needed to request a refund and returned the luggage without ever using it at all and within the required time, as it did NOT meet expectations. They kept the luggage AND did not issue any sort of refund even though followed their instructions explicitly. There is also no phone number to reach a real human and their online customer service is completely inadequate.

    Terrible shipping and customer service. I ordered items that were to ship in 4 to 5 days, 11 days later no items have shipped. Three email to Monos were ignored by the company and I have yet to receive a response. No phone number and the chat function says use email. Which of course they ignore. Never again!

    Caveat emptor! Buyer beware! They charge 20% the cost of luggage to return if not satisfied. If you want to exchange you must pay to send back the original suitcase and buy another that ******* not be of your liking. Dont like that one? You just spent $80 to try luggage of similar value/composition to Amazon or samsonite. The carry on is too small and not the quality I would expect for the price. Buy your suitcase on Amazon. Its cheaper and similar construction. **************** is atrocious and time consuming. No resolution for returns/exchanges.

    They offer a "100 day trial" which is a joke. Basically you can't do anything with it or else it voids your ability to return. THEN if you do want to return they charge you $40 PER ITEM no matter what size to return OR exchange it.They do not have a phone number. All 'customer disservice' is done through email. (They never respond.)Luggage sucks too.

    **************** is horrible. They do not respond to emails or have no phone number or chat. They also charge $20 to return each item, even if you have multiple items. Please be sure to be careful before you buy. Duffel bag is okay - but not worth it with such and service

    I wanted to love and support this local company but I now believe that Monos partakes in shady practices that purposely makes their company and products appear highly rated. I purchased a few products from them back in December and have been wanting to leave a product review and photos on their website. They have hundreds of 4-5/5 star reviews on all of their products for sale, yet they don't provide you with an option of leaving your own. I found this very suspicious and disappointing, especially since I had been wanting to leave a good review myself. After some searching around the internet I discovered that many other customers have complained of having their reviews/questions/comments deleted off social media accounts. I totally believe that Monos is a dishonest company and I regret giving them hundreds of dollars. I was told that I could leave a review once I receive an "email" but of course that email never came.

    The metro classic kit fell off my bag within one day of me using the bag as I was out had some valuables in it. The company was not helpful in the least bit. The warranty did not cover the metro kit not functioning properly. Would not recommend this company to anyone

    This company should be rated 0 or less! On November 25th, 2022, I placed an order From Monos luggage for $507.64 for a carry-on and check-on luggage. In December I traveled by air to North Dakota, and once I picked up my luggage the "skins" of the luggage were ruined. I immediately contacted Monos and was told if I use the luggage then there is no money-back guarantee. Additionally, I was told to use a magic eraser to get the scratches and marks off the luggage. There are scrapes and small cuts in the skins of the luggage, which was shipped along side my husband's American Tourister luggage which had NO damage at all. When I made comments on ********, one of the admins told me that I should never check luggage if want to keep them nice! Luggage, by its very nature should be durable and I purchased a "CHECK-ON" piece of luggage! Later after commenting on several Monos posts on ******** and uploading a video of what my luggage looks like compared to 14-year old American Tourister luggage, I was blocked/banned from commenting. They should not be advertising as high-end luggage, and they are being very deceitful in their Lifetime warranty and their advertised "100 days to try," for if you use the luggage, you can't return it. The "100 days to try" apparently means "100 days to look at it", and never use it, not to "Try" it. I contacted them immediately after my luggage took its first flight and they said, "Sorry - you used it," bascially. This company is deceitful and should not be in business or allowed to advertise on ********. I have no other way to warn consumers about the poor quality of luggage Monos manufacturers, since they won't even post my reviews that they asked for after my purchase. They, apparently, post only positive reviews or harmless negative reviews (like, "arrived late") *** **** *** ** * ********* *********  *** *** *** ***** ****** ****** ******** ****** *** ****** **** ********* ** **** **** ********** ** ****** ***** ********* I am outraged!

    This company engages in shamefully misleading marketing practices. For example, the usual price of a Carry-On Plus is $295, as evidenced at other retailers like *********. On the Monos website however, they mark it up to $328 "original" price before offering a "discount" so that the "sale" price is $295. They also advertise other "sales" that are not, in fact, sales. I would not carry this luggage as it would be free promotion for Monos and its shady business.

    I had a very similar experience to other reviewers. I ordered the suitcase and it didn't ship for 2 weeks. I contacted the company and asked them to cancel the order because I needed to buy another suitcase. They responded by creating a shipping label, but the bag still did not ship. I returned home from my trip two weeks later to find the bag had arrived.
    Also, read the 100 day guarantee VERY carefully. The bag cannot be returned if it has been used for travel.
