- For first time purchasers, the company offers a full guarantee for 90 days after the date of the initial purchase. During this period, if for any reason a customer is not completely satisfied with the initial order (this includes the trial and the first monthly shipment from the Preferred Customer Training Program), Cybermed Industries Inc. will give a full refund (excluding shipping) if the customer returns the unused product and the packaging for the product used - postage prepaid by customer - along with a short explanation of why the customer is not satisfied with the product.
Cybermed Industries Inc. will refund customers 100% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 14 days of receiving the unused portion of your package, by the same method of payment that is used to purchase the product.
After the customer has shipped the unused portion back to Cybermed Industries Inc., the customer must call a customer support representative at 1-888-717-6936 and make them aware that the package has been shipped. (Customer should provide a tracking number to the support staff as well).
Please note that Cybermed Industries Inc. cannot issue a refund for packages that were refused upon delivery.
Cybermed Industries Inc. recommend that the customer request a tracking number when returning material.
Cybermed Industries Inc. cannot issue refunds on packages that they do not receive.
