    We had **** remove the pop corn ceilings in our home. Some rooms with and without crown molding. His quote was precise and in range of other quotes we received. He was always on time and did a great job on our ceilings. We were happy with his invoicing as well.

    Summer 2022 Plain & Simple Painting was recommended to me by a colleague who hired them in 2019 to paint the entire exterior of their character home in the Dunbar area. My scope was just the upper half of my house in North Vancouver, but involved some challenges with high, sloping roof fascia boards and detailed wood board and batten cladding which also required a few carpentry repairs. I was pleased that Nick had a talented team member who could provide those repairs. I was also pleased that he preferred the same high quality paint I wanted to use and also used high quality pre-paint prep materials. They prepped all surfaces well and their painting workmanship was very good. And despite weather challenges this Summer, his team was able to complete the project in a timely manner. I was pleased with the results and will contact Nick again for future work.
