1) Representing our Strata, we hired D&D to do our drain tile inspection this year. Dave and crew were on time, thorough, respectful, efficient and very REASONABLE. Quality service as usual
2) Yesterday, I had a small flooding emergency happening in my own townhouse and called D&D at approximately 1:30pm. Again, it was Dave who got to me by 2:30pm and had the clogged pipes cleared and cleaned up by around 3:30.
He helped me with clean up and fans and assured me that it was a “minimum” call, no extra charges and if I needed follow up, to just call the office. Thanks, David & D&D!

Drips and Drains people were friendly and efficient. I really appreciated their forthrightness and honesty, (unfortunately too rare a quality in many plumber/drainage companies). Very bad experience with *********************************************** Plumbing and Heating. This was my first time working with this company, although I've worked with plumbers for drainage issues a lot before. I confirmed the price with them before they came to the house. They gave me a flat rate over the phone, and we agreed on the price.Once they arrived, my sister was there and was surprised at how slowly the technician was working. I reassured her, saying not to worry, as we had already fixed the price. However, after they left, I received an invoice that was almost double the agreed rate.I called them to discuss the discrepancy, explaining that we had already agreed on the price. The person on the phone THREATENED to place a lien on my property.I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and do not recommend working with this company.Drips & Drains Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

We are very sorry that you were confused about how we bill. Drips and Drains has never been a flat rate or menu pricing company. All of our drain cleaning jobs are billed by the hour plus materials used. We are extremely transparent with how we bill and would never offer a flat rate as every drain cleaning job is different. We have "rate sheets" for every employee in the company that outlines our labour rates are are detailed in 30-minute intervals. Our rates were explained to you over the phone and you agreed. The technician performed a professional drain clean and concluded within 1 hour. We feel that we provided a great service at a fair price.Review fromM. S.

Worst trades Ive ever dealt with. Hired them to fix various things in both my home and rental. Every single thing they attempted to fix they ended up making worse which caused further damage. For example a tub drain they tried to replace scratched my tub, rather than purchasing a new toilet like I suggested they insisted on replacing parts and caused a leak, and installed a new tub faucet cartridge missing a critical piece that then broke the faucet several weeks later. I could go on and on, too many problems to list. I reached out to the owner *** ****** multiple times via email for a warranty or refund and he claimed his family was sick then just stopped responding. Absolutely dont stand behind their work, and tend to suggest fixing old fixtures rather than replacing with new probably so they can keep charging you for it. ******** company and horrible service.Drips & Drains Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

I had Drips and Drains remove an old toilet and install a new one. They came totally prepared for the work, did not damage anything during the removal install, and the new installation spotless.
