      Company came out charged me over $500 dollars and did not complete the job. The plumber sent out had no idea what he was doing. I asked him over and over to hydro flush the Blockage but he refused and left with the blockage in place.Called another company and they solved and cleared the problem in 30 mins and did the hydro flush without asking.I was scammed over $500 dollars

      On Nov 15/22 I paid Mr Rooter**** *****) $476.18 to unplug the drain. On Dec 27th i called the office as the drain was plugged again and was told by the office that their work was guaranteed. When the technician came that day he found more roots which he said had grown back in the month since the last service and charged me an additional $207.90. I spoke with the manager Kevin who after a lengthy discussion said they did not guarantee work done on drains as it was too complicated. I have checked with numerous sources who have said it was impossible for the roots to grow back in one month, in the winter.
