    This company is not recommended due to their unethical and potentially ******* practices. Their focus seems solely on financial gain, with no regard for customer service or ***** responsibilities. We encountered significant issues after purchasing a property with a tenant through them and the previous owner. Despite our attempts to clarify their cancellation policy, which they lack, they ignored our inquiries for over two weeks before finally responding. It's been three months since then, with no resolution in sight. They've even disregarded requests from our lawyer. Despite not having a contractual relationship with us. This contradicts their own terms and conditions, which prohibit the transfer of contracts from previous owners. They insist on being compensated for their supposed work from new owners. They acknowledge that we're not their client, claiming the tenant as their sole client. This situation raises serious concerns about their compliance with regulations* ** ********* ** * ***** ******** It's clear that their conduct is unethical and ******* and warrants further action.

    I couldnt have agreed more. This company gave me nightmares (recruited an unsuitable tenant who flooded my place and took no responsibility; lied to me that is lucky that I didnt have to pay hotel expense for the tenant, the culprit who I didnt even know was livinhg there.

    Run don't walk from this nightmare of a company. They have implemented some new unethical and possibly illegal practices . Good luck getting your money out of these people.
