From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options clearly and answered all our questions with patience and transparency.Its clear that Cooper Roofing takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers.

    We had Cooper Roofing replace the roof gutters on our home earlier in April. Cooper's subcontract this work to an independent gutter contractor. The two man crew did an excellent job and had the project completed in a single day. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. The end product is a significant upgrade over the gutters that have been on the house for many, many years. Additionally, a colour was requested that is a close match to the colour of trim on the house. We are very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend this Cooper subcontractor to anyone planning gutter replacement. **** - ***************

    Cooper Roofing was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a raccoon induced repair that needed an emergency fix before the rain started on the weekend. ***** was kind and understanding and made it a priority to get a crew out to fix on the Friday afternoon while other companies sat on their hands. ***** came out from the opposite end of the ************** on a Friday afternoon to ensure that it was taken care of. ***** was a total gentleman and made certain that the problem was quickly dealt with in a very professional fashion. Overall, the manner in which it was dealt with was sensitive to the stress we were feeling about potential leaks and other issues. Thank you so much for your prompt attention, professionalism and caring.

    Cooper Roofing did a great job from start to finish. They had a honest, low pressure quote process that provided 3 simple options and add-ons at a very competitive pricepoint. The installation team were professional and able to get our roof replaced in just 2 days. Their quality control and post-install inspection process was impressive with detailed use of drones and prompt digital communication Would recommend using them!

    Cooper Roofing has done roofing and gutter projects for our strata and they recently did some specialized work for us involving the waterproofing of chimneys whose vertical cedar siding was missing or broken. ***** Cooper is a good guy to deal with and has an experienced/resourceful crew.

    Cooper Roofing is the best roofing company you could ever want. I had my roof replaced about 5 years ago and they did an excellent job; kept me advised from start to finish; tidied up the work site and were actually the least expensive of the three quotes that I obtained. Recently I had a leaky balcony - nothing to do with the work they had done - but I called them because I thought they might be able to help me. ***** did his best to fix it and gave me some good advice. Meanwhile *****, the owner, was reviewing the situation and saw that my ancient chimney should have a counter flashing (a secondary flashing over the step flashing) to prevent future water damage from the sealant breaking down. ***** came and installed it at NO CHARGE. This company and *****, the owner, and *****, the repair manager, do what it takes to provide excellent service for good value. They are a gem in today's world of faceless service providers. Hire Cooper Roofing and you've done yourself a favour!

    We discovered a leak in our roof and contacted Cooper Roofing to get the roof replaced. They were efficient right from the quote by ********* and then ******* found a crew led by ****** De La **** that could do the work on the following weekend before the serious rainfall started. ********* kept in touch with the progress and the drone pictures showed the quality of the work as I was out of town and could not inspect the work myself. Heavy rain over a couple of days and all is dry.Very impressed with the work, efficient and diligent.

    After a period of heavy rainfall, a full ceiling leak was discovered in a room that hadn't been used for a few days. I called Cooper Roofing, who arranged for a technician to come and check the roof. The technician, *********************, did a thorough inspection, took many pictures and explained the condition of the roof. He also fixed the source of the leak. and took pictures of the repair. It was a good learning experience. We realized the roof will eventually need to be replaced. Meanwhile ***** will arrange for more monitoring, until it's time for replacement. We will be looking forward to Cooper Roofing to do the work.
